**Within the role you will**:
- Development and implementation of a talent acquisition strategy which meets the resourcing needs of the business
- Collaboration with business leaders, our outsourced provider, the relevant HR teams to establish and implement the talent acquisition strategy
- Monitoring and managing the outsourced provider against the SLA's to ensure delivery is on track and line with the agreed cost model and contractual obligations
- Supporting the HRBP teams to ensure delivery against the strategic workforce plan
- The full end to end recruiting, selection and appropriate testing of all senior hire roles
- Working with Compliance to ensure the regulatory aspects are completed for all regulated roles
- Reporting on recruitment activity and its effectiveness including diversity reporting on a regular basis to provide insight and support decision making
- Delivery against the recruitment KPI's
- Working on business improvement projects either leading, project managing, or working as part of a team to optimise processes and delivery
- Supporting managers with appropriate recruitment, selection, communication and training
- Working in conjunction with Internal Communications and Marketing to develop and strengthen our EVP on activities such as social media, careers website
**What we look for in you**:
- Experience of running in-house as well as outsourced recruitment teams (In-house or RPO)
- Exec level, C-Suite recruitment experience
- Strong leadership and relationship building skills
- Knowledge of employment law and other recruitment related regulations e.g. GDPR, Equality Act
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical skills, ability to produce and draw insights from data
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Workday, ATS systems
- Experience of developing and implementing a resourcing strategy and plan
- Significant experience of managing agencies and 3rd party suppliers agreeing competitive terms of business
- Experience of strategic workforce planning
