Job type: Full time, permanent role after successful probation

Reports to: Head of HSEQ&T

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

**Salary**: Circa £40,000 depending on experience

**Responsibilities**

Continuous development and maintenance of an Electronic Document Management System EDMS and its content

Manage the company risk register and identify and report on risk that could impact the group

Hold regular management reviews

Conduct regulatory assurance reviews of key areas identified via risk and control self-assessment exercises

Create and control the audit programmes both internal and external

Create audit protocols for internal audits that meet the requirement of ISO standards and high-risk areas of activity.

Undertake audits against the agreed audit programme

Provide meaningful and timely reports of reviews conducted

Monitor and track the actions resulting and noted during reviews and audits
up until successful closure

Drive initiatives to achieve greater compliance and business-oriented results

Responsibility for designing a best-in-class assurance and compliance capability

Manage all accreditations and memberships

Support Bid with their activities with tenders/bids

**Experience/Knowledge/Skills Required**:
Past experience leading in an assurance/compliance position.

Attention to detail

Able to work on your own and as part of a wider team

Good communication skills

Good organisation skills

Good time keeping skills

Be able to prioritise workload

Self-motivated target driven

Good computer skills and working on various software packages

Good communication skills both internal and external lines of communication
