**Main Duties**
- To co-ordinate the assessment arrangements for students requiring an assessment adjustment due to illness or disability, this will include the administration of the approval process, communication with students and academic departments and the preparationand materials for these students, accommodated online, alternative venues and elsewhere.
- To assist in the receipt of examination and assessment papers, working with departments to ensure timely submission.
- To work as part of the team in the creation of digital assessments for centrally managed assessments and in term assessments
- To be able to support departments with their functional queries on the assessment delivery platform and to be able to provide advice and guidance
- assist with the resolution of complex cases and providing clarification where required.
- Ensuring that all web content for staff and students in relation to exams and assessments is current and accurate
- To draft and update Standard Operating Procedures for assessment and examinations work
- Ensure effective communication with line manager and other members of the team regarding work in progress, implementation of developments and emerging trends or uses
- To service working groups as and when required, taking responsibility for any actions arising
- Undertake all work in line with UCL policies, procedures and regulations and to ensure at all times the promotion of equality of opportunity and non-discrimination in accordance with UCL Equal Opportunities policies.
- To assist the other teams within the section
- Any other duties commensurate with the grade and purpose of the post.
- To be involved with testing of software during upgrade cycles
