**We are looking for a customer-focused Exams and Assessment Officer to join our successful Exams and Assessment Team at Birkbeck College, University of London.**

We are looking for an Exams and Assessment Officer to join our successful central Examinations and Assessment Team.

Part of the Registry Services, this team is responsible for the delivery and organisation of examinations, assessments and awards for all taught programmes at Birkbeck.

Located in Bloomsbury, central London you will support the Exams and Assessment Team Leader to deliver a high-quality service, from enquiry through to enrolment.

You will deal with a wide range of students and staff, supporting assessment activity on programmes ranging from foundation years to postgraduate degrees, and will undertake a variety of different of duties. Working closely with the academic departments, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent student experience.

**Remuneration**:
Grade 4 of the College's London Pay Scale which is £28,728 rising to £32,096 per annum.

The salary quoted is on the College's London Pay Scale which includes a consolidated Weighting/Allowance which applies only to staff whose normal contractual place of work is in the London area.
