**ABOU**T THE ROLE**

The Guest Relations Executive will work closely and collaboratively with all departments but most specifically In-room Dining, Reception and Housekeeping in order to ensure that our guests will enjoy the best that we can offer. As a Guest Relations Executive you will be part of a highly engaged team who aims for excellence with every interaction to provide unforgettable experiences.

**Key responsibilities**
- Assist the Guest Relations Manager to inspect all VIPs rooms prior to arrival and ensure all requests are met.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of our guest loyalty Pan Pacific Discovery.
- Personalise our VIP experience by maximizing our guests' profile via all available channels and collaborating with other departments to deliver a memorable stay for our guests
- Welcome all VIPs upon arrival and bid farewell upon departure.
- Actively look after long stay, repeat and high paying guests. This will then allow you to develop, implement and update our guest program.
- Have confidence in making decisions that will impact our guests experience such as upgrades/ comps / rebates as per hotel policies and procedures.
- Prepare the Daily Communication Form.
- Handle amenity requests and other guest relations programmes.
- Run and Participate in the VIPs meeting.
- Assists the Front Office during busy periods.
- Handles guests’ complaints.
- All other duties as required.
