**Requirments**:
- Reporting directly to Operations
You’re an excellent communicator with fluent English (both verbal and written); you’re also able to liaise confidently with varying levels of seniority in a large organisation.
- Preferred Experience and Knowledge - Good interpersonal, leadership and motivation skills at Supervisory Level - E-com logistics desirable - Customer Facing experience - ILM Certificate in Leadership & Management, Level 3, desirable
Necessary Technical / Functional Skills - Ability to multi-task and prioritize a high volume of new joiners - Good analytical and numerical skills - The ability to maintain very high levels of accuracy in the processing and provision of management information
