An exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Colleague has arised in our Lutterworth, Wincanton for Britvic warehouse. Reporting directly to the Shift Manager you will cover multiple functions of the warehouse role.

Shift pattern of **rotating Early and Late shift **with a payrate of £27,301.56 + £1,500 shift pay.
- Week 1 Monday to Thursday 06:00 to 14:00 / Friday 06:00 to 13:00
- Week 2 Monday to Thursday 13:00 to 21:30 Friday 13:00 to 22:00 (1 in 4 Fridays finish at 20:00)
- Every 4 weeks work 1 day over weekend on rota.

**How will you contribute?
- To carry out all aspects of the physical function within the warehouse in order to complete the daily workload to the specified time schedules.
- To ensure the operation completes each function to the highest standard.
- Warehouse Team Members will be trained to be multi-skilled and have the ability to operate within a fast-moving warehouse.
- To ensure vehicles are loaded and unloaded within key performance indicator targets.
- To ensure the physical case picking element of the warehouse operation is within the key performance indicator targets.
- Warehouse Team Members will be trained to enter information onto the management systems and record the arrival of products.
- To ensure that a high level of housekeeping and hygiene is maintained at all times.
- To ensure all tasks are carried out to the relevant health and safety procedures and by adhering to safe working practices at all times.
- **45 Hours **per week potential reduction to 43 hours per week

**What will you bring?**
- Will posses the ability to work on their own initiative to specified deadlines.
- Will posses a positive attitude to work and be flexible to meet the challenging demands of the operation in a timely fashion.
- Will be an effective communicator and be able to develop good working relationships at all levels.
- Will be flexible and committed to the sites success.
- An FLT Licence is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
- Ideally we are looking for someone who is tenacious, diligent and has a natural drive for results and meeting targets.
