**Main purpose of the role**

We are looking for a creative and organised individual who can provide definition and conceptualization, as well as development to our campaign ideas. You will work with the brand and marketing teams, developing concepts and activating them across key campaigns. You will need to work within budgets and deadlines, ensuring brand guidelines and vision is maintained throughout.

**Roles & responsibilities**
- Ownership of creative concept direction aligning this with the rest of the wider teams
- Oversee and manage key campaign projects with relevant teams from conception to delivery
- Works in a hands-on capacity; outlining the insight, developing the concept and helping work with relevant teams (Brand, Creative Design, Marketing, Social Media) to create a high-quality outcome
- Displays a cohesive understanding and can execute the principles that make innovative and effective campaigns, activations, and all other creative content that can span across all execution touchpoints
- Leading across a wide range of platform-specific creative to concept and develop key campaigns for our direct-to-consumer brand which include photography, film, VM, 3D, web and more
- Alongside the Brand manager, oversee all video & photo projects, being responsible for the overall quality & production
- Work alongside the creative team/outsourced creatives in production of digital assets and other deliverables
- Communicating and creating an overall creative team vision by defining the direction and goals for the brand
- Setting and maintaining creative standards for the department
- Writing project creative briefs
- Work alongside in-house & outsourced production, video and artwork teams and lead on art direction across all projects including, production design, styling, typography, design, retouch, and video edit
- Be the creative leader on key campaign projects ensuring brand standards are adhered to whilst evolving brand creative direction with the wider team
- Outsourcing photographers/videographers/editors and assist with the organisation of campaign shoots where necessary, ensuring working within budgets
- Adhere to brand guidelines where applicable
- Works with other departments in brand, creative and wider business to establish the strategy and creative approaches for a given project
- Continually develops practices and processes to inspire, innovate and harness new ways of thinking
- Build strong relationships with all key stakeholders such as department leads or heads of departments from all the go to market functions and wider business
- Inspire creatives to create pioneering concepts that have cultural impact on our community.
- Carrying out market research to keep up to date with competitors and what our customers want, as well as trying to predict future trends

**Requirements**:

- Ideally worked as videographer/photographer previously
- Ideally worked within sportswear/health and fitness industry
- Knowledge of photo editing software
- Flexibility to travel
- Have a hands-on approach to animations, illustrations, graphic designing, video, and audio editing
- Experience directing and leading on campaign shoots / managing teams.
- Ability to conceptualize and art direct photoshoots
- Excellent working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, typography etc
- An understanding of print processes and finishes
- Work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Manage budgets
- Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas
- An ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Team working skills
- Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
- Written and verbal communication skills
