Marketing Events Co-ordinator

We have a very exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Marketing Events Co-ordinator to join a growing, vibrant Marketing team based in Crawley.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within fun and fast paced Marketing team where you will be supporting all company events which include exhibitions, roadshows, press conferences, webinars and internal events.
This is a full time, ongoing rolling contract working hours are Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:15, with the flexibility to work additional hours on events where required which will be reimbursed in lieu time. You will be required to work in the Crawley office2-3 times a week.and the work rest of the week at home.
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Work with others in the team to develop digital marketing and social media content for all events
- Input digital marketing and social media for all events
- Coordinate CRM campaigns/events
- Support marketing plans and coordinate internal events
- Manage the SharePoint events calendar
- Work with external agencies to deliver events and to develop flyers, videos, promotional materials, brochures etc
- General marketing administration & keeping a stock check of all marketing materials
Desired skills and experience:
- Experience in Marketing and/ or supporting events/ exhibitions
- HND in Marketing/ CIM/ or equivalent qualification is highly preferable
- Good standard of general education with excellent written and spoken English
- Highly organised and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be willing to travel around the UK (30-40% of the time) and have a valid driving licence
