**Customer Service Representative**

**Fleet Compliance - Darlington**

**Salary up to £18,500 per annum**

**Working hours: 37.5 per week, alternating weekly from 8am to 4.40pm & 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday 8am to 12pm as required**

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, customer service professional to join one of the UK’s leading vehicle rental specialists as a Customer Service Representative and bring to life the Northgate experience for our customers.The key purpose ofthis role is to act as a liaison between Northgate and its diverse Customer base. Operating in a business-to-business environment, a key attribute for success is the ability to effectively manage your own workload, contacting existing vehicle hire customersto arrange vehicle servicing and MOT’s, adhering to contractual obligations.

**About you**

You come from a customer-focused background and able to adhere to processes within the department working towards KPIs and deadlines.
- You will have some vehicle rental/service booking experience and/or technical knowledge (although not essential)
- You are a people person - experience preferable within a contact centre environment - you put yourself in your customer’s shoes and communicate well with them in sometimes-difficult situations.
- You have a confident and professional telephone manner - you will be able to confidently communicate to many different types of people at different levels.
