Customer Service Representative

**Salary**:£20,961.49 per annum plus up to £1,200 bonus With a progression scheme to increase your salary up to £24,422.48
**Location**: Darlington, with possibility of hybrid working upon successful completion of probation
**Contract**: Permanent - Full Time
**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week, between 8am and 6pm, Including 1 in 3 Saturday Mornings

We are looking for talented Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in Darlington. In this role, you will be responsible for data entry, submitting payments via an in-house system, raising invoices, and communicating with issuing bodies and the police. You'll even attend court with charge certificates and order of recoveries that need to be witnessed and signed. With so much opportunity for learning and building on skills, this role is perfect for someone who loves a challenge and wants to grow with our team.

Operating in a business-to-business environment, you'll be a highly motivated member of our team, sharing our departmental values to assist across all functions and ensure we achieve all our KPIs. You'll have an appetite to learn, a proactive approach to supporting various work-streams, a positive outlook, and the ability to use your initiative and take ownership to provide solutions to problems.

We're looking for someone who can effectively manage various customer requests while keeping our customers at the forefront of every transaction. With a focus on achieving one-touch resolution, you'll reinforce our culture of being people talking to people.

**Annual leave-** 24 days, rising to 26 with length of service. Of course, you’ll have public holidays too and we’ll even help you celebrate with an extra day off for your birthday
