The core business operation of our client is using data on climate, water and forest sustainability disclosed by companies, organisations, cities, states and regions globally to drive awareness and action to improve the way society impacts the environment.Therefore, high quality, timely, innovative and agile technology capabilities are a priority of the of the Executive Leadership Team.

The Senior Systems Analyst will help to deliver technology which enables the customer journey and core business process of collecting our customers data accurately and ensuring it is scored. They are responsible for improving the systems and processes inthe disclosure domain which maximise business value, meet customer expectations and operationally deliver. This role requires experience of business analysis, stakeholder engagement and technology/data delivery. The role will work closely with the businessteams as well as the development delivery teams to ensure successful delivery for our customers.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Support the effective delivery of key segments of core disclosure processes from preparation to questionnaire to scoring.
- Responsible for the user journeys, customer experience and business requirements needed to deliver customer and business outcomes in the Disclosure domain. Understand the Disclosure systems backlog and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide system analysis on changes including defining requirements, customer journeys and process flows. Validate resource requirements and supporting budget estimates
- Collate and analyse feedback from multiple sources include engaging with business stakeholders to inform disclosure systems backlog and forecast demand for change
- In order to carry out these responsibilities you will acquire deep knowledge of the Disclosure systems and processes
- Prepare, support and execute testing of processes and disclosure systems.
- Engage with Disclosure business teams to assist them to utilise and optimise technology capabilities to deliver their business outcomes
- Ensure alignment of disclosure systems domain to agreed principles and overall technology strategy
- Represent Disclosure Systems in relevant working groups and process meetings helping to establish strong relationships within and beyond Technology
- Support the Disclosure Systems Senior Manager with reporting and with other duties where necessary
- Support the delivery of training and documentation of the key business processes and systems for the disclosure cycle
- Support service delivery during critical peak periods of the disclosure cycle
- The precise description and nature of your job may be varied from time to time, and you may be required to carry out other duties as necessary to meet business needs.

**You will have the following skills and experience**:
**Essential criteria**:

- Bachelor’s or master's degree, or equivalent, in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in related business analysis, transformation or IT delivery particularly using Scrum or agile methodologies
- Ability to translate internal and external customer needs into business requirements and technology/data capabilities
- Experience organising and facilitating multi-stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering
- Very high attention to detail and with an analytical approach to problem solving
- Demonstrable experience of excellent time management, organisational and prioritisation skills.
- The ability to work under pressure to meet challenging deadlines.
- Great track record of building credible relationships with internal customers to reach decisions and deliver outcomes
- A positive and enthusiastic team player with a high level of self-motivation and drive, committed to achieving high standards
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Azure DevOps, Dynamics365
- Excellent writing, verbal and presentation skills in English

**Desirable criteria (optional)**
- Knowledge of questionnaire and survey methodologies and technology
- Previous experience within a Business Relationship Management role
- Experience of having worked within a Business Analyst role
- Knowledge and experience of ITIL operations
- An interest in working for an environmental NGO and an understanding of and desire to promote corporate and sub-national government sustainability

This is a full-time role based at the London office with some flexibility to work remotely reporting to the Disclosure Systems Senior Manager.

**Salary and benefits**: £37,600 - £40,000 per annum, 30 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, generous non-contributory pension provision, annual discretionary bonus (depending on company performance), Employee Assistance Programme, life assurance,training and development, flexible working opportunities and other benefits.
