The customer care team are, by far, one of the most sociable. They're also probably the most multi-lingual team; walk past their desks and you're likely to hear as many as seven different languages.

Their days are busy and varied, including all sorts from answering questions about stock levels and colours, to sizing our products and everything in between. They collaborate with the rest of Neptune to support customers and stores through every step of theorder process, from initial enquiries to years down the line. In short, they're resolution finders, and they genuinely care a great deal about their customers.

Our complex multi-channel retail platform includes an innovative franchise network and a fantastic online presence in the UK and internationally. In this challenging and fast-paced role you'll provide first class support to keep our customers and retail partnershappy. You will need to have a high level of fluency in English and German, both written and spoken communication.
**Every day you'll make a real difference to a lot of people, using your English, German and French language skills by**:

- Answering a huge range of questions ensuring our customers are happy
- Regularly communicating with our retail partners
- Act as a focal contact for international partners and other HQ departments including liaising with the planning team
- Collate monthly Management Accounts from partners
- Collate and present the Head of International Retail with the weekly Trade Reports
- Primary lead on new system implementation
