**Portfolio Lead/ Senior Programme Manager
- Customer Operations**

Manchester/ London/ Reading (2 days p/w in an office)

**£90,000-£120,000 base DOE, + bonus, pension, private health care + benefits**

**The background**:
Following a restructure of our core change capability we have now built out specific change 'hubs' focusing on delivering sme level knowledge to change and transformation projects for our core stakeholders.

We are in the process of establishing our Group Services (typically back office functions of Finance & Treasury, Risk, People, Customer Experience and finally strategic and complex change projects.

With this new structure we are looking to hire a key role within the Group Services Portfolio/Hub, leading the delivery of projects within our Customer Operations/ Back Office function.

**The role**:
Firstly this is a delivery focused change role. Very much a 'roll your sleeves up' and get things delivered, rather than programme oversight, governance and control.
- Reporting directly in to the Portfolio/Programme Director, with a dotted line to the CXO, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of the strategic roadmap of change.
- Project teams will be formed by business sme's, as well as heavy reliance on vendors and third party suppliers.
- You will orchestrate and lead day to day activities of the agile teams within finance.

**Skills and experience needed**:

- A core background in banking or Financial Services
- Strong experience in customer operations/ back office function change delivery (payments, corrections, complaints, contact centre etc)
- Good understanding of Agile Change delivery
- A good background in vendor and supplier management
