Partnering with the Commercial and Category teams, the Commercial Controller will be responsible for analysis and commercial finance support for customer margin and pricing to improve category and support sales in large tender process. Accurately reviewing and cost control of customer activity, including rebates, campaign discounts supporting customer category growth.
You have:

- Excellent commercial stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong numerical, analytical, and presentation capability
- Ability to analyse data to identify opportunities, trends and issues and develop appropriate action plans
- Sound experience of sales budgeting, forecasting and P&Ls
- Strong commercial understanding and awareness
You will be great at:

- Be a key business partner with Sales and Category teams, to drive improved commercial plans.
- Coach and support finance for non-finance development
- Be a key person in customer tenders, and supporting account Managers to deliver margin and category targets
- Support build of month end/forecasts/budget and 5-year plans
- Review categories and margin development with category and sales managers, challenge them to improve
- Monitor and provide post promotional campaign analysis to maximise volume and margin growth
- Monthly sales performance monitoring vs KPI’S
- Maintain pipeline opportunity tracker incorporating monthly sales team reviews
- Analyse customer and market trends, identify and improve margin opportunities
- Support category initiatives and financially evaluate activities

- A qualified or qualified by experienced Accountant, with great Business partnering experience

- Ability to work to deadlines
