Investigo are delighted to be exclusively partnering a large Milton Keynes based FMCG business who are looking to recruit a Commercial Controller, on a permanent basis.

Reporting into the Senior Commercial Controller and as a member of the commercial finance team this role will be responsible for partnering with the commercial and category teams, and driving supporting customer category growth. They will provide added valueanalysis and commercial finance support to the sales and category teams.

Key responsibilities will be as follows:

- To be a key business partner with Sales and Category teams to drive improved commercial plans
- Coach and support finance for non finance development
- Key partner in customer tenders, supporting account managers to deliver margin and category targets
- Support build of month end /forecasts/budget and 5 year plan
- Review categories and margin development with category team and sales managers/Directors, challenging and supporting them to improve
- Monitor and provide post promotional campaign analysis to maximise volume and margin growth
- Monthly sales performance monitoring v's KPIS
- Driving category analysis to improve category and customer margins and price analysis
- Support sales team in large tender process
- Accurate reviews and cost control of customer activity, including rebates, campaign discounts
- Generation of sales reports
- Maintain new business opportunity tracker incorporating monthly sales team review
- Analyse customer and market trends, identify, and improve margin opportunities
- Support category initiatives and financially evaluate activities

Our Client is offering a salary of £50,000 - £55,000
