**Job summary**:
UK Strategic Command (UKStratCom) is on of Defence's four Commands. As Defence's integrator, it brings together its subordinate organisations of Defence Intelligence, Joint Force Development, Defence Digital, Defence Medical Services, Defence Support, operational command and oversight through the Permanent Joint Headquarters, Special Forces and Support to Overseas Bases.

In addition, it is responsible for ensuring that the five war-fighting domains of maritime, air, land, cyber and space are integrated which gives UKStratCom a pan-Defence role. The UKStratCom Headquarters staff provide the necessary strategy, planning, resource and capability oversight, governance and assurance support to the Commander.

This position is advertised at 37 hours per week.

**Job description**:

- This role is in the UKStratCom Infrastructure Branch and you will provide support function within the Chief of Staff Infra Team.**Person specification**:
Support the management and co-ordination of input into key Boards/Forums, liaising with senior staff from across the Infra Team. Support the twice yearly Top Level Budget Infrastructure Board, deputising as Secretary where required.

Support the management of communications across the team and with wider stakeholders.

Act as Secretary for the Infra Comms Working Group

Support the organising and delivery of quarterly events and the Annual Infrastructure Conference.

Provide support for business management activities including business continuity, information management, governance and functional assurance reporting.

Manage the development and maintenance of the Infra SharePoint and Teams sites.

Provide support for policy and process activity, developing process maps and maintenance where required.

Lead on Mandatory Training and Team Inductions across the Infra Team.

Line management responsibility for 1 x Band AO.

Additional tasks as agreed with Chief of Staff Infra and Deputy Head Infra.
