The Marketing Copywriter’s role is to make sure in each of these channels, our writing meets our high standards. We speak in one voice, championing the customer, and constantly exploring new ways to improve their journey with our brand. You’ll assist the Assistant Manager and Senior Copywriter (Marketing) to deliver against briefs from our marketing team, including the advertising, retail, CRM and digital teams. You’ll also work collaboratively with the rest of the copy team, subbing each other’s work, and offering constructive feedback.

**As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for**:

- Developing imaginative copy and content that meets the brief, in line with various Currys brand’s tone of voice.
- Working with our production team to make sure that deadlines are met and work is delivered to brief.
- Attending briefing meetings, and brainstorms, effectively collaborating with our clients to get the right information.
- Taking responsibility for uploading content to our blogs. Assists with the day to day operation of our CMS system.
- Being a brand guardian, making sure that your written communication is on brand. And if you have any briefs that compromise guidelines, that you’re alerting senior manager/brand.

**You will need**:

- Prior copywriting experience
- Experience turning messaging into creative copy
- A passionate, positive and creative spirit
