We have an opportunity for a **Housekeeping Supervisor **to join our growing team

The** Housekeeping Supervisor** will assist the Housekeeping Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the department.

**About the role**:
**Alongside your usual cleaning duties, your job role will entail the below when required**:

- Assist with the organization of the daily housekeeping operation
- Assist with supervising the housekeeping team to ensure the exceptional cleanliness of the hotel public spaces, bedrooms and external areas
- Complete room checks and inspections to ensure a 4-star standard
- Ensure all maintenance issues are reported to the maintenance team and proactively followed up
- Liaise effectively with the front office team during the shift, to ensure guests can check in at 3pm
- Ensure the use of the cleaning materials supplied in the recommended manner with efficiency and economy
- Identify staff training needs within the department and assist in the training of staff

**Essentials**
- A good level of spoken English is essential
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Highly responsible & reliable
- A positive and friendly attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
