If you're ready to inspire and support a dynamic team, we want to hear from you Location: Office Block, Belfast City Centre Start Date: ASAP Contract Length: 3 Months - Temp to Perm Opportunities available Working Patttern: 30 hours per week - Monday to Friday - 1pm to 7pm Hourly Rate: £14.70 What You'll Do: Lead and Motivate: Supervise and coordinate a team of ward hosts, cleaning assistants, and porters to ensure an efficient and high-quality service to patients. Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training and mentorship, including arranging buddies for new staff, to foster a culture of growth and capability. Quality Assurance: Monitor cleaning and portering services against established standards, ensuring all areas are resourced appropriately and daily schedules are met. Customer Focus: Develop a customer-focused team, addressing complaints promptly and sharing positive feedback with ward teams.
