- What do we need from you?

- 2-3 years of planning/Scheduling experience essential
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Geographical knowledge essential
- Excellent organisational skills
- Qualified to A Level standard or Equivalent
- The company operates extensive IT systems and mobile technology. You will be expected to familiarise yourself with the operation of such systems.

Purpose of the Role:

- We are looking for a confident leader who can lead and mentor, is responsible for a team to manage the customer journey to the high department service standards.
- You will ensure excellent customer service and communication is delivered as standard. The service is delivered in the most efficient and productive way, that engineers are planned in real time and will meet the appointment and SLA.

Hours of work

37.5 hours per week Monday to Sunday on a shift rota basis.
- Week 1 - Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm.
- Week 2 - Monday to Friday 10:30am to 7pm
- 2 Saturdays per months (8am-4.30pm), if a Saturday is worked, day off in the week.
