We are expanding our team and are looking for a **Technical System Administrator** to join our **Technical **team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with third-party standards (e.g., BRC)
- Monitor production processes, analyse trends, and prepare reports for weekly technical reviews
- Handle customer complaints, review supplier performance, and ensure corrective actions
- Maintain an up-to-date supplier approval list and complete Supplier Approval Questionnaires (SAQs) for customers
- Ensure all logs, including complaints and non-conformances, are consistently updated and accurately maintained

**Skills and Experience**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., customers, auditors)
- Ability to analyse data, monitor trends, and solve problems quickly
- Computer literacy and numeracy skills
- Understanding of food manufacturing processes, especially in meat science/technology
- Familiarity with enforcing health and safety standards in a food production environment
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in food safety, such as Level 2 or Level 3 Food Safety
- HACCP Level 2 or Level 3 desirable but not mandatory
- Food science degree or field experience desirable but not mandatory
