St Teresas’s Care Home is a Values led charity care provider in South Kensington, London and we are looking for likeminded people who share our Values to join our dedicated and well respected care team.
The post holder must have previous experience working with elderly people and a detailed knowledge of working within a registered care home environment, or other health and social care settings.
**Typical Tasks may include**:
- Liaising with care staff regarding the care of residents and particular activities that may be beneficial and stimulating
- Contributing to the organising of outside visits and trips supporting individuals who use the service as required on the visit
- Ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for the residents, residents families and friends
- Plan activities and ensure that these are communicated to residents and staff alike
- Assisting the Registered Care Home Manager in planning the Homes special events
