To support and assist the Operations Manager with the management and delivery of the Best In project funded by the European Social Fund - covering input into strategic planning and continuous improvement, team development and day-to-day operational managementof training delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead on ensuring delivery meets contract and regulating body requirements e.g. DWP, Awarding Bodies, Matrix, etc.
- Production of weekly/monthly management information and communication of performance information through various channels.
- Preparation of presentations for internal training and briefings.
- Attend weekly team manager meetings and input into other team meetings as required.
- Working with Employer Relationship Manager and other members of the Business Development team to convert pipeline business quickly and effectively into planned delivery - driving the sign up process to ensure employers are responsive to our informationrequests and sign up process.
- To work with business development team and managers to ensure contract output profile is achieved each quarter.
- Work closely with employers to ensure all training is planned and delivered in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities to promote our services across all revenue streams.
- Work closely with the ESF Data and Compliance Co-Ordinator to ensure timely submissions and contract compliance
- Ensure paperwork and processes are fully compliant and there are zero errors at audit.
- Manage a training diary to ensure all training requests are fulfilled and where required deliver bespoke workshops to SME’s
- Monitor administration required and ensure robust systems are in place to support training activity.
- Work closely with the management team to support the securing of new business opportunities.
- Represent Zenith Training at relevant meetings and networking events to strengthen reputation and network of contacts within the funding/training sector.
- Ensure open and regular communication with colleagues on training services, lead sharing and joint projects and initiatives.
- Contribute to the Continuous Improvement Cycle and ensure improvements are in place.
- Keeping up to date with the latest initiatives, funding streams, legislation, and labour market intelligence.
- Undertaking of specific organisational projects as required
- Compliance with all funding regulations.
- Compliance with safeguarding regulations.
- Maintenance of 'state of readiness’ for any external audit activity

**Person Specification**:

- Background in preparing and delivering training programmes
- Experience of co-ordinating projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of unsupervised working and using own initiative
- The ability to work in a target orientated environment and achieve required measures of success and quality
- Willing to complete additional training/qualifications where required
