**Experienced Sales Negotiator**

Westholme is a fresh estate agency built around one simple idea**:selling homes should feel personal, proactive, and properly local.**
We’re launching in Dundee with big ambition and a modern brand — and we’re looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator who knows the market, loves the chase, and cares about the client experience.

If you’re the kind of negotiator who can build trust fast, handle pressure calmly, and close confidently in the Scottish system, you’ll fit right in.

**What you’ll be doing**

You’ll be right at the heart of our sales engine:

- Managing buyers from enquiry through to offer and completion
- Handling viewings feedback, negotiations, and multiple interest scenarios
- Guiding clients through **Offers Over / Fixed Price / Closing Dates**:

- Building strong seller relationships with clear, proactive updates
- Keeping pipelines moving with urgency and attention to detail
- Working closely with the team to price, position, and sell stock well
- Spotting new opportunities and helping grow instructions

You won’t be a “call-centre negotiator.”
You’ll be a key voice of Westholme in the market.

**What we’re looking for**

We want someone experienced, sharp, and genuinely local-minded.

**You’ll need**:

- Solid track record as a **Sales Negotiator in Dundee/Tayside**:

- Confidence negotiating within the **Scottish property process**:

- Evidence you can **consistently convert viewings → offers → sales**:

- Strong knowledge of Dundee micro-areas and buyer types
- Excellent communication — fast, clear, and human
- CRM competence and pipeline discipline
- A calm head when deals get messy
- Full UK driving licence + own car

**Bonus points if you have**:

- Valuation experience
- A strong local network
- A knack for modern lead sources (social/online enquiries)

**Role details**
- **Location**: Dundee (covering the city + Tayside)
- **Contract**: Full-time, permanent
- **Hours**: 9am - 5.30pm (Occasional Saturday)
- **Salary**: Competitive basic + commission (DOE)
- **Start**: Training starts 12th January
