Established in Dundee for over 90 years White, Milne & Co. are widely acknowledged as the leading Tool and Ironmongery supplier in Tayside and Angus. We’re seeking a qualified Sales Representative who embodies our company values of Relationships, Integrity, Resilience, Service and Quality.

**Responsibilities**
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
- Develop and implement territory action plan.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling and social media.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, and provide feedback.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and market conditions to identify new opportunities.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferable.
- Three or more years of sales experience within a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- A drive for results with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- IT proficiency for utilising sales software and tools effectively.
- Proven success rate at levels above sales quota.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £35,000.00 per year
