**Description**

The Key responsibilities for the Marketing Coordinator Role are:

- Ensure programme websites and digital platforms are updated with relevant information, news and messaging, with good accessibility and user journeys.
- To support programme teams in selecting and developing appropriate communications channels, to support plans and assist in timely and accurate content generation so that target audiences are reached, informed and motivated to take action.
- As required attend events, conferences and meetings to represent the organisation in order to raise their profile with key stakeholders and target audiences.
- Research and provide analysis of educational landscape trends and themes, events, competitors and other relevant information that will help the UK Marketing Manager to develop marketing strategies and campaigns.

**Profile**
- Working knowledge and understanding of a range of marketing and communications tools, channels and techniques
- Knowledge of communication best practice
- Knowledge of GDPR in relation to data, and marketing and communication practices
- Knowledge of a range of digital marketing tools
- Experience of providing marketing and communications support within a team
- Experience in, and a track record of, marketing and communications on target-driven projects
- Experience in using and maintaining marketing channels e.g. social media, websites
- Experience of multi-channel marketing implementation and delivery
- Knowledge of at least one CMS and online comms tool
- Commercially aware and highly organised
- Excellent planning and organisational skills and effective communication skills.
