**Pay & Benefits**
The basic starting salary on offer is £21,000 - £24,000 pro-rata with 24 days annual leave pro-rata, on-site parking, and access to a suite of company benefits and rewards including company pension; private medical cover; cycle to work scheme and an employeeportal which unlocks a whole host of lifestyle / shopping discounts, gym membership options and a wide variety of mental health, wellbeing, meditation and fitness resources.
**The Working Hours**:
This role is part-time and there is a lot of flexibility on offer in terms of days an hours. The role would suit someone looking for school hours or 2 days full days per week or even 4 half days per week.
**The Role / Example Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the overall bookkeeping and payroll function for the business
- Managing new starter sales invoicing and credit control
- Processing purchase invoices and expenses
- Payment runs and general banking
- Managing HMRC requirements such as VAT returns and P11d submissions
- Submitting pension contributions
- Submitting monthly payroll and commissions information to accountants
- Payroll journals and accruals
- Management reporting
**The Person**:
This person would ideally have some previous experience within a similar role. The business champions a culture of accountability and empowerment and therefore looking for an individual who is keen to take ownership of policies and processes and coming upwith their own ideas to suggest possible improvements.
