Coppice Ltd, part of the EP Group, is an international supplier of aluminium packaging to the food manufacturing processing and baking industries. We are currently recruiting a Graphic Designer.
As a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer you will create visual branding, adverts, brochures, Pitching decks, website designs and displays. With strong graphic design skills, you will create visually appealing and professional designs that align with our brand image. You have a strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and how to convert customer requirements into visually appealing materials. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams creating impactful content that drives business growth. You will shape the visual aspects of website, brochures, exhibitions and more.
**Specific Role Responsibilities**:
- Develop compelling and persuasive content for pitching decks, presentations, and sales collateral, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand, tone of voice and messaging.
- Conduct thorough research to gather information and insights relevant to B2B target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Develop designs that suit the Company’s purpose
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and NPD product teams, to gather input and incorporate feedback into content development.
- Develop a targeted social media content strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and target audience
- Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and develop interactive design
- Ensure that a design project remains within scope, time and budget
- Find innovative ways to redefine a design brief within time and costs constraints
- Design visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials, such as brochures, pitching decks, catalogues, infographics, blogs, and presentations
- Create and curate engaging social media content, including posts, graphics, videos, and infographics, to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation in the B2B space, specifically LinkedIn.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their design requirements and deliver creative solutions that effectively communicate key messages.
- Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and industry best practices to continuously improve design quality and innovation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to understand their goals and requirements and translate them into effective content and design, sales & marketing collateral.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, or freelancers, as needed, to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely execution.
- Maintain organised files and documentation of all content and design assets for easy access and reference.
**Knowledge/Skills/Experience**:
- Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, and graphic design, with a focus on B2B marketing.
- Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar software.
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong command of the English language.
- Ability to distil complex information into clear and compelling content.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
- Solid project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, techniques, and industry best practices.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
