We are pleased to announce that we have a new opportunity within the Mobiles Department at our office in Maidstone.

Hours of work: Full-time or part-time position available, to fit within office hours of 9am - 5.30pm Mon - Fri. Salary dependent upon hours worked.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible & accountable for the delivery of service to customers
- Mobile ordering/purchasing & processing across multiple platforms.
- Using various CRM’s / Portals to report and facilitate customer requests.
- Investigating and reporting on customer usage / billing when required
- Assisting other Teams with customer resolutions (ie Sales, Billing Team)
- Facilitating and provision of mobile connections.
- Be responsible and accountable in providing full support to customers - especially around the order processing and purchasing of all network carrier products and services as well as manufacturers hardware & device support.

- Excellent customer service & communication skills - verbal and written
- Team worker; Reliable & Sociable
- Computer literate/keyboard skills
- Excellent telephone skills
- An interest in mobile and related technology
- Ability to make effective working relationships (internal/external)
