**The Role**
- Would you like to join a reputable charity for an exciting new role and be paid between calls?_

Working in their 'Rapid Response Team' puts you in one of the most important teams in the charity, you will be called upon to support their service users all over Dorset at moment’s notice so that the charity can provide the essential care they need, fromtheir Head Office in Poole.

To compensate for this demanding role, the charity will pay you £11.70ph, enhanced to £12.00 for Saturday until 7pm then £12.50ph until 11pm as well as all-day Sunday, PLUS 45p per mile travel support.

They have various shift patterns available to support your work life balance but do need commitment to work at weekends, the idea is the charity need to make sure that their amazing service users receive their CQC regulated Outstanding care even if a 'regular'carer is unavailable. You will be based out of their fun and supportive Head Office in Poole and support vulnerable people across the county, so they are looking for people experienced in care who are looking for a salaried post. If you have care admin/coordinatorexperience - even better

**Requirements**:

- Are an experienced carer
- Have the Right to Work and UK Driver’s License (with access to your own vehicle)
- Are a caring and dedicated person
- Are available alternate weekends, but the charity is flexible
- Desire for a rewarding career
- Have a NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualifications would be an advantage but not essential and they’ll help you gain these (up to Level 5) if you want to progress your career
- Have a good command of English
- Over 18.
