Emergency Rapid Response Health Care Assistant

Here at **Enthuse Care** we are providing a Health and Social Care service responding to vulnerable adults within the City of Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole and many of the surrounding areas, assisting with hospital discharges, and avoiding hospital & care home admissions.

We are providing excellent care and are looking for experienced care assistants to help continue to relieve the pressures ahead.

This is a fast paced role where no day is ever the same, where you will feel rewarded and fulfilled in your job role.

Your role will include assessments of new clients including emergency care plans and you will monitor our clients thereafter, for a two-week period, to help with the handover from hospital discharge to a new domiciliary care provider. You will also act as part of an emergency response team, picking up care visits within your shift.

**The Role will include**:

- Providing care to a high standard and expert level (full training provided)
- Prompting/Assisting with medication
- The assessments of new clients including emergency care plans
- Office administration and answering telephones
- HR including staff appraisals, Spot Checks, Supervisions
- Call Rostering

We are offering an excellent remuneration package equivalent to £**12.70** per hour including paid holiday and pension, **PLUS** an additional **45 **pence per mile mileage allowance.

You will be paid for the **whole full shift** (in between calls) being either 7am-2pm and/ or 2pm-9pm.

That's a earning of **£88.90 **circa per shift

Full time and part time available, or maybe just weekend work to help around other commitments.

Plus time and a half pay on bank holidays and double pay on Christmas Day and New Years Day.

You will also be rewarded with an annual bonus and contracted hours after the three month probation period has ended.

**Also, we are currently funding all DBS checks for a limited time.**
