Premier Work Support have fantastic and exciting opportunities for permanent **Cargo Warehouse Operatives** for one of our prestigious clients based in Heathrow.

The purpose of this role will be to provide and maintain a high level of service and accuracy in the movement of cargo in line with company and airline requirements.

**Some of the duties and responsibilities consist of**:

- Using and operating designated equipment to perform the required movement and processing of freight in and around the warehouse whilst adhering to company and airline requirements.
- To understand and execute new working practices deemed necessary by the company, including designated training courses.
- To work efficiently and effectively as part of a team.
- To keep work area clean and tidy maintaining high levels of Health and Safety.
- To achieve the targets and job standards set out by Team Leaders.
- Regular repetitive light, medium and heavy lifting.
- To perform any reasonable request from Team Leaders.

**Skills and experience required**:

- Working knowledge of freight movement techniques/requirements.
- Forklift Licence - Counterbalance.
- Minimum Level CO Security training.
- X-Ray Trained or capability of undergoing training.
- Attention to detail.
- Reasonably high standard of numeracy and literacy.
- Complying with all relevant legislation as well as stringent airport authority and carrier security requirements is essential.

Depending on experience, the salary ranges from £25,400 to £28,000 per annum plus a bonus for 100% attendance
Working on a 4-on-4-off shift pattern, 07:00 -19:00 and 19:00 - 07:00, on a permanent basis.
