We have a great opportunity for a Housing Officer to join us on a permanent basis

We do things differently at Sovereign, and we now have a new opportunity for a **Housing Officer **in our Housing Advice and Resolution Service to support our customers.

**For this role, you'll need**:

- Housing and tenancy management experience
- The ability to self-motivate and be highly organised working within a team and individually
- Strong communication skills with previous experience of working with customers in a demanding environment
- The ability to problem solve and recognise when there's a risk
- Previous experience or a good understanding of delivering a range of housing management services

We're taking a hybrid approach to home and office working and expect you to be in the office at least twice a week and for team meetings and events. Your office base will be our brand new hub in Greenham.

**Please note: Interviews will take place 6 and 7 September**
