**Executive Assistance**:
Providing dedicated support to the Chief Executive (‘CEO’) and the Chief Financial Officer (‘CFO’) of Nedbank Private Wealth Limited, the Executive Assistant plays a key role in working with and supporting the CEO, CFO, Board and the Executive Committee (‘ExCo’) to execute NPWL’s strategy and its strategic initiatives.

**Role specific details**

- Manage the CEO’s and CFO’s diaries in line with identified and understood priorities, including organising travel and internal / external meetings as necessary. This includes co-ordinating CEO / CFO leave to ensure that adequate cover is in place.
- Ensure the CEO and the CFO are prepared for all meetings with the required documentation and information in a timely manner.
- Manage the co-ordination of meeting packs for key stakeholder meetings, such as: Government, Rating Agencies, Auditors and Shareholder Representatives
- Dealing with correspondence on behalf of CEO & CFO, including correspondence with clients, key stakeholders, press etc.
- Proactive management of requests for information from internal and external stakeholders
- Creation of key initiative papers for CEO and Executive Directors including draft CEO Board reports
- Proof reading and type setting documents for the CEO and Executive Directors
- As the Executive Committee Secretary, compile agendas, collate papers and accurately record the discussions, actions and outcomes of the Executive Committee meeting in the form of formal minutes.
- Attend and accurately record the discussions, actions and outcomes of any other meeting as required by the CEO and CFO in an appropriate format.
- Assist the Company Secretary with the arranging of required logistics for Board Meetings.
- Manage all aspects of preparation ahead of Board Meetings in the absence of the Company Secretary.
- Overseeing key internal events such as regular “Town Hall” briefing sessions
- Conduct research and undertake analysis and validation, navigating the business to acquire the information and data, and transpose the data into an appropriate format for the CEO and CFO to review and present.
- Review annual leave requests and expense submissions (up to £150) from the CEO’s and CFO’s direct reports
- Manage the circulation of the Monthly Board Update Report to Board Members, with input from Executive Committee Members
- Manage company apartment
- Manage key company subscriptions e.g. Chamber of Commerce, PIMFA, UK Finance etc
- Provide further support to the CEO, CFO, other Executive Committee members and Board as required

**Technical Skills and Experience**

***- Previous experience in a strategic support or executive assistant role
- Strong design eye for the production of quality Powerpoint presentations and documents
- Advanced Microsoft Office capability, including Excel, Outlook, Word and Powerpoint
- Experience of accurate minute taking
