We are a small and friendly team, looking after landlords properties throughout South East London and North West Kent. We undertake relevant training, both externally and on the job. Staff are given the opportunity to complete ARLA qualifications and to progress within the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct some property inspections and negotiate renewal terms and rent reviews
- Conduct some property viewings with potential tenants
- Carry out some inventories and some check out reports
- Liaise with contractors, landlords and tenants to ensure properties remain maintenance free and legally compliant.
- Arrange safety tests, ensuring all properties remain legally compliant
- Process rental payments and chase any rent arrears, keeping landlords fully updated
- Answer telephone queries, and log these on our software system.
- Negotiate and close rental agreements
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the buying or renting process
- Generate leads through various marketing channels
- Maintain a database of potential clients and follow up on leads
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and property values
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve sales targets

**Skills**:

- Strong administrative and organizational skills to manage client information and property listings
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the local lettings market and regulations is preferred but not required

You will play a crucial role in assisting clients in remaining happy in their rental properties. Your strong administrative skills will help you manage client information and property details efficiently. Your excellent communication skills will allow you to effectively interact with clients and provide them with exceptional customer service

You will be able to prioritise and manage your own work load and diary.

You will be responsible for all aspects of property management. You will report and chase maintenance and liaise with contractors. You will keep landlords fully updated.

Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

**Job Types**: FULL TIME - Working 5 days a week including Saturdays on a rota basis.

**Salary**: £21,000 -£26.000 per year dependant on age and relevant experience
