Our client is seeking to recruit an ambitious and experienced lettings negotiator who would like to be offered the platform to showcase their abilities in a fast paced and successful environment. The ideal applicant will be a team player who is highly organisedwith excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to deliver a high level of customer service to landlords and tenants. Valuing and listing properties experience is essential.
Career Prospects:
The individual our client is looking for will be offered promotion within 12 months to Lettings Manager, or earlier depending on results. Our client is well known for encouraging and developing talented individuals who display the necessary skills requiredto build their own successful career within a professional and ethical environment.

- At least 12 months valuing and listing experience
- A target driven mentality with the interests of the client being maintained
- A desire to progress within an award-winning company
- The ability to practice all regulatory requirements
- Be able to articulate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to demonstrate enthusiasm and energy to help customers
- Ideally a working knowledge of the areas the company operate in or live within a 5-mile radius of the offices
- A clean UK driving licence and car is essential

**Benefits**:
Our client offers excellent prospects with a definitive career path leading to promotion for the right individual. The starting package will be in the region of £20,000pa plus car allowance and a generous commission scheme with on target earnings expected tobe in the region of £30,000 to £35,000 within the first year.
The role is full time (5 days a week) to include alternate Saturdays with a day off during the week.
