Join our team of next generation thinkers A central role to JLR’s electrified future, shaping the forward propulsion control architecture and cross domain development of a world class capabilities. Providing leadership within an agile development framework and throughout the product cycle from concept design through to delivered and validated system performance.

As part of propulsion’s software chapter, you will enable the delivery of JLR’s high voltage system control and associated software delivery. Working together with the HV System Design Technical Specialist your activity will span a rapidly expanding functional portfolio hosted across multiple modules.

You will grow our internal capabilities and body of knowledge whilst deploying your chapter into product groups to deliver JLR’s exciting electrification plans within the Reimagine strategy.

**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**:
As a Chapter Lead, you will establish the chapter and organisational development to maximise group performance and be a servant leader to agile creators developing our in-house control systems, enabling the delivery of the world’s most desirable luxury vehicles and services. You will develop and deploy in an Agile manner people, processes, and tools to the product squads.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Proven leadership and management skills aligned to JLR’s Creators Code

Strong experience of complex control system and software delivery

Demonstrated ability to deliver new capabilities and technology

Experienced in systems engineering methodologies

Ability to build strong, valuable relationships at all levels of the business.
