**THE OPPORTUNITY**

In February 2021 Jaguar Land Rover’s CEO announced the new global strategy, Reimagine: the next chapter for our unique business focussing on sustainability for the brands it represents, Jaguar and Land Rover. **WHAT TO EXPECT**
For Indirect Procurement:

- Organising and managing a growing team: leading, developing and supporting team members to reach their potential and deliver excellent results.
- Managing the interface with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Managing the relationship, responsibilities and information flow with the Partner
- Driving delivery, and reporting the status, of indirect procurement deliverables and scorecard objectives.
- Overseeing sourcing activities to agreed technical, commercial, sustainability and timing targets.
- Where appropriate, taking the lead in complex supplier negotiations.
- Ensuring indirect procurement activities remain legally, financially and ethically compliant.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**
Essential:

- Previous management experience in Indirect Procurement.
- Global outlook with experience of dealing with an international supply base.
- Skilled and experienced negotiator in commercial issues including terms & conditions
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Effective communicator at all levels, strong influencing skills.

Preferred:

- Business experience in India
- Relevant degree or equivalent
