**Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer - Cardiff - £35k package**

Due to growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator to join an innovative, dynamic and well-established brand on a permanent basis in Cardiff. They are looking for an experienced Estate Agent ideally with Valuation experience who will have the opportunity to progress into a management position.

**As an Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer you will be working as part of a small but fast paced sales team and you will be responsible for**:

- Arranging property viewings
- Negotiating sales
- Carrying out Valuations
- Listening to potential buyers requirements and selling the best suited property
- Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have
- Sales Progression

**Skills Required**:

- Estate Agency experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Full UK driving license and car

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30, alternate Saturday 10:00 - 16:00 with day off in lieu.
