Job Description Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - Cardiff- 25k package Great opportunity for someone currently working in a sales environment who is keen to transfer their skills into Estate Agency. My client is as leading agent in the area and they are looking for a Property Sales Negotiator to work in their busy office. The role offers huge opportunities to broaden your existing skills and genuine career progression. The role of Sales Negotiator involves qualifying potential buyers identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties. A typical day will include a team meeting arranging viewings showing properties to prospective buyers managing existing clients properties and liaising closely with colleagues whilst delivering the highest levels of customer service. You will need to be energetic extremely well-presented and an excellent communicator for this superb opportunity to join a market leader with high ambitions.
