**Responsibilities**:

- Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding our market presence among subsidiaries and branches of international banks and PSPs.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain key relationships with clients, understanding their transaction banking needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute portfolio strategies in alignment with global and regional business goals, contributing to overall growth and success.
- Revenue Generation: Achieve revenue targets and manage a robust new business pipeline, ensuring alignment with defined goals and objectives.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and transparency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders including bankers, global sales officers, risk and compliance, operations, and servicing teams to deliver seamless client experiences and optimize business outcomes.
- Market Feedback: Provide insights and feedback to management and product teams, influencing the development and enhancement of our product offerings.
- Industry Engagement: Represent the company at industry events and forums, enhancing our visibility and reputation within the market.

- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of EMEA Global Payments Solutions (GPS) products and services, with extensive experience in treasury operations and working capital solutions.
- Sales Acumen: Proven record in business development and managing GPS products, with a focus on achieving revenue growth.
- Client Focus: Customer-centric approach, balancing risk and profitability while delivering exceptional client service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in additional languages being highly advantageous.
