**Yacht Toy Specialist - Superyacht Tenders and Toys**

Superyacht Tenders & Toys Ltd is a family owned business managing supply projects for owners and commissioners of large motor and sailing yachts.

We have 16 people working at our busy but relaxed offices at Harkstead Hall Barns in rural Shotley Peninsula (south east of Ipswich) and now require a full-time Yacht Toy Specialist to primarily support the yacht Toys Sales department. This is an office job with the chance on occasion to demo and test equipment.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Raising quotes, invoices and purchase orders for yacht toys and associated equipment for yachts
- Being point of contact for our Monaco sales team on rental enquiries
- Monitoring open sales orders from our CRM system (Workbooks)
- Handling day to day enquiries, answering the phone
- Assisting the team with yacht visits, inspections and boat shows
- Assisting other departments with enquiries (yacht tenders and deck equipment)
- Assisting handling deliveries and some minor warehouse duties
- Organising global shipping
- Procurement

Previous yachting and marine knowledge is ESSENTIAL with a watersports background required who can help guide clients into the right equipment. Excellent computer and organisational skills required.

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (required)

**Experience**:
