PGL Midlands Ltd is a Health and Safety Training Provider based in Sutton Coldfield. Our goal is to find dymanic staff to assist in the administration side of the business. We are starting to expand our services and are growing rapidly. We are a motivated vibrant team looking to welcome a new member of staff to continue our excellent standards of customer service.
We are looking for a new member of staff to join our team. You will be required to offer support to both Admin and Sales within the office. A few of the duties will included calling customers, loading bookings, updating excel spreadsheets, Diary management, Welcomng delegates into the facility, Managing the certificate process. We are looking for someone that will be flexible within our bussiness hours and be willing to occasionally travel to another venue within a 20 mile radius if needed ( this will be a rare if any expectation ).
We will expect you to be highly motivated, have a willingness to learn, be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team. We will offer you Support guidance and a fun and friendly office surrounding.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
