A leading Welsh charity is now looking for an ambitious Advice Worker or Life Coach to join the team as a **Health and Wellbeing Facilitator** and help support local people in North Wales who are experiencing a period of transition after interacting with the criminal justice system.
The charity as a whole provides comprehensive aid to vulnerable people with mental health, addiction & related conditions who are facing difficult circumstances, such as with substance misuse, the criminal justice system, or loss of sufficient housing/employment.
As a Health and Wellbeing Facilitator, you will help provide 1:1 and group personal wellbeing sessions across the area to people who are serving community sentences or being released from prison, hosting deep conversations and workshops that cover a broad range of work-related and personal issues.
You will combine your coaching and advice skills with trauma-informed practice to maintain a safe and trusting environment, where participants can be supported and prompted to critically engage with the wider rehabilitation programme, re-integrate into the community, and achieve positive outcomes.
This Health and Wellbeing Facilitator role is a **permanent,** **full-time** role (37.5h/week).
**Person specification**:
You **_must_** have a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent).
You **_must_** have a Level 3 Certificate in Advice and Guidance (or equivalent).
You **_must_** have experience in providing care and/or mental health support.
You **_must_** be IT-literate.
You **_must_** be able to drive or reliably commute, as this role involves travelling between locations.
