Marketing Executive

With Intelligence are looking for a Marketing Executive to coordinate on developing and executing marketing campaigns for a range of With Intelligence’s portfolio of asset management and gaming events, ensuring that attendee and award entry targets are consistently exceeded.

The Marketing Executive will work closely with other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of each event, contribute new ideas and foster collaboration between departments. They will also work closely with the commercial team and provide marketing support to ensure that sales targets are met.

**Responsibilities**
- Creating and executing marketing campaigns for allocated events
- Managing the marketing planning process for each event, ensuring collaboration and communication to ensure a successful on-time launch
- Developing a multi-channel marketing plan for each event, detailing all activity, audience data and registration/entry tracking numbers
- Updating key stakeholders as and when required and presenting marketing updates in meetings
- Running ad-hoc analysis on registration profiles, activity and campaign performance
- Selecting and segmenting data to ensure tailored messaging for each audience persona
- Conducting examination of gaps in data and working with internal teams and systems to research new contacts
- Writing compelling marketing copy to drive engagement and registrations
- Working in partnership with the Delegate Engagement Team on event positioning, data and assets
- Briefing and managing design assets, ensuring that marketing collateral meets brand guidelines
- Carrying out post event research and review and circulating final numbers and marketing reports

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 years’ experience within a B2B events environment
- Knowledge and experience of the full marketing mix
- Self-motivated and able to work solo
- Experience of using databases, selecting data and customer segmentation
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong creative writing skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Able to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines
