**Senior Negotiator / Estate Agent (sales and/or lettings)**

**Location**: London Remote**

**Salary**:OTE £50,000 - £90,000 a year (This is a self-employed commission based position with a rewarding commission structure up to 70% + bonus)**

Located in the heart of Central London, my long established property agency client is looking to recruit a Senior Negotiator / Sales and Lettings Estate Agent**.** This commission based position will involve managing a team of negotiators.

**The Job Role**:
You will play an important role in the business by securing sales and letting properties while benefiting from a large commission fee from up to 70%. Although the client does not provide a basic salary, their large fees will enable you to create and definea clear platform towards your financial freedom
