**Overview**

Dentogenics Dental Lab is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Case Coordinator to join our team in Harrogate. This pivotal role is responsible for managing the intake and tracking of dental cases, ensuring seamless communication between our lab, dental clinics, and dentists, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the case lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

**Accurately log all new cases on the Evident lab management system, ensuring all required information is complete, including shades, photos, and supporting documentation.**

Review incoming case submissions to confirm receipt of all necessary details; proactively follow up with clinics or dentists to obtain missing information.

**Serve as the primary point of contact for dental clinics and dentists, providing timely updates on case status, production timescales, and delivery schedules.**

Liaise directly with dentists to clarify case requirements, resolve queries, and manage expectations regarding turnaround times.

**Coordinate with internal production teams to track case progress and ensure all cases are completed and dispatched on schedule.**

Communicate professionally and promptly with clients throughout the production process, ensuring a high standard of customer service at every stage.

**Address and resolve any issues or delays, keeping all stakeholders informed and ensuring client satisfaction.**

Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline case intake and communication processes.

Key Skills and Experience

**Previous experience in a dental laboratory, dental clinic, or customer service environment is highly desirable but not essential.**

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

**Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and work under tight deadlines.**

Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Benefits
