- Details
- I am a young man (18) with autism and social anxiety, who would like a friendly and understanding P.A. who will enjoy supporting me to overcome my anxiety and lead a normal life. I like gaming and walking my dog (we have three dogs in the household, and mine is a lively 1 year old German Shepherd). My P.A. will encourage me with everyday tasks, like tidying my room and going shopping as well as getting meals for myself. They do need to be aware of autism but the most important thing is to be young at heart and able to get along with me. Working hours can be very flexible so this may be a job that suits a student.

**Summary terms and conditions**
- The rate of pay for this position is £9.91 per hr
- Hours and times of work: 15 hrs weekly. This will be mainly be afternoons/evenings and possibly at weekends, but is completely flexible depending on what we decide to do and your own availability.
- You will be reimbursed for any agreed expenses incurred as part of the role.
- Free Care Skills Training provided to employed staff
- A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.
- Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 3 months.
