It is advisable to refer to this when submitting your application for the post. Job Purpose To support family man with care needs and enable him to get out and about. Location Costessey, Norwich NR8 Job Details I am a family man living with my wife and 3 children under 16 who requires additional support as I am a wheelchair user who is recovering from a stroke. I have a functional neurological disorder and Fibromyalgia. My PA will be required to assist me with personal care including safe transfers, washing (strip wash or shower) and dressing. I would also like the PA to support me to get out and about and develop social activities/hobbies. Summary terms and conditions The rate of pay for this position is £12.38 per hour Hours of work: Mon-Friday 2.5 hrs, plus an additional 3 hrs flexible weekly (total 15.5 hrs per week) 5.6 weeks per year pro-rata paid leave, inclusive of bank holidays Free training as appropriate for role The post is subject to the following: A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.
